Struggling with health challenges for most of my early-life led me to walking a path of deep healing and transformation.
I felt so disconnected from myself and after hitting rock bottom, I found integrative medicine and energetic practices that supported, and healed, my physical, emotional, and energetic bodies.
This journey led me to a level of clarity and connection to my body, and feeling so fulfilled and alive in my purpose. I tapped deep into my subconscious and transformed my life from the inside out.
